The basic rules for using the Everyday Atlas Co. website and buying from the store once it opens. Draft only.

1. About these terms
These terms apply to everydayatlasco.com and purchases made through it. The store is operated by LLC legal name TBD, a state TBD limited liability company ("we", "us"). Purchases made on Etsy are also subject to Etsy's terms.
2. The store is not open yet
While this notice appears, no products are for sale and no orders can be placed. Product names and prices marked EXAMPLE are placeholders.
3. Products and images
Items are made to order. Product images and mockups are illustrations; actual colors, print placement and sizing may vary slightly due to screens and production methods. Size charts and materials are listed per product (TBD).
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars (confirm) and are shown at checkout along with shipping and any applicable tax. We may correct pricing errors and may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious error.
5. Orders
An order is accepted when production begins. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) for reasons such as suspected fraud, an error, or content that breaks section 6.
6. Personalization content
If you submit text or images for personalization, you confirm you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful, hateful, or explicit content. We may refuse any personalization request. You are responsible for the spelling and accuracy of what you submit.
7. Shipping, returns and privacy

8. Intellectual property
Designs, text, logos and graphics on this site belong to Everyday Atlas Co. or its licensors and may not be copied or resold without permission.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the site and products are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of state TBD, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
