Can I personalise a gift with my pet's name or photo?
That is the plan for selected products, but no personalisation tool exists in this draft. Available options, preview/proof steps and any extra cost are TBD.
Are these products safe for my pet to wear or use?
Safety, sizing, materials and supervision guidance must be confirmed per product before anything is sold. Do not treat example products as safety-tested or available.
How long will a pet gift take to arrive?
Items are made to order: production takes 2–5 business days, then carrier transit time, shown separately at checkout. We ship within the US only at launch, and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. See the Shipping policy.
What if a personalised item has a mistake?
If we made the mistake — a misprint, damage, a defect, or text that doesn't match what you entered — send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement (or a refund if you prefer). Personalised items can't be returned otherwise, and spelling entered at checkout is printed exactly as typed. See Returns & Damages.
Can I return a non-personalised pet gift?
We don't accept change-of-mind returns because every item is made to order. Damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong items are replaced free (or refunded) if reported with a photo within 30 days of delivery. Non-personalised apparel can be exchanged for a different size once, with the customer paying return shipping. See Returns & Damages.
Do you sell food, treats or health products for pets?
No such products are shown in this draft. Any future pet consumables would need separate safety, labelling and regulatory review.
