What sizes will nurse apparel come in?
TBD Size ranges, fit notes and a size chart must be confirmed per product before launch. Example products here have no confirmed sizing.
Can I add a name, unit or graduation year?
Personalisation is an idea for selected concepts only. Options, proofing and whether workplace/unit wording is appropriate are TBD, and must be checked before any real listing.
Is this workwear I can wear on shift?
No claim is made here. These are everyday apparel and gift concepts, not approved clinical workwear. Always follow your employer's dress-code and infection-control policies.
How long will an order take?
Items are made to order: production takes 2–5 business days, then carrier transit time, shown separately at checkout. We ship within the US only at launch, and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. See the Shipping policy.
What is the returns policy?
No change-of-mind returns, and no returns on personalised items. Non-personalised apparel can be exchanged for a different size once; you pay return shipping. Damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong items: send a photo within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement, or a refund if you prefer. See Returns & Damages.
Can I order for a team or appreciation event?
Team ordering is a planned idea only. Quantities, discounts, deadlines and invoicing are TBD.
